Job Title:** Class A CDL Truck Driver - Regional
**Expected Home Time:** 48 hours on weekends
**Transportation Type:** Full Truckload, Dry Van
**Position Overview:**

**Compensation:**
- **Hiring Bonuses:**
- Option 1:
- Initial Sign-On Bonus: $1,475 with Hazmat Endorsement or $1,300 without (for qualified candidates)
- Opportunity for additional $600 after 30 days with a qualifying safety record
- Orientation Pay
- Option 2:
- Initial Sign-On Bonus: $1,125
- Orientation Pay
- **Additional Pay Opportunities:**
- Band Pay for short lengths of haul
- CSA Safety Bonus: $875 (Hazmat Endorsed) or $700 plus 8 hours Paid Time Off every 90 days
- On-Road Safety Bonus: $600 every 90 days
- Annual Anniversary Bonus: $100 for each year of continuous service
- Detention pay after 1 hour
- Premium pay for Hazmat loads
- Truck Driver Referral Program

**Qualifications:**
- Valid and current Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience (6 months acceptable if teaming with an experienced driver)
- No DWIs in the past 7 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Pass a pre-employment DOT physical, drug screen, and Human Performance Evaluation
- No preventable DOT reportable accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug test refusals or failures
**Tractor Information:**
- Late-model Freightliner Cascadia and Kenworth tractors
- Automatic transmissions, 1500-Watt inverters, refrigerators, flat-screen TVs, microwaves
- Speed governed for safety
- Equipped with features for comfort and convenience
**Trailer Information:**
- 53' Wabash and Great Dane trailers with SkyBitz tracking and aerodynamic features
