About this role

Your function: 

Strengthen Existing Partnerships
Proactively manage and grow relationships with major customers and partners through regular face-to-face meetings and ongoing engagement.

Drive New Business Growth 
Increase new business volume and DLL’s share of partner activity by implementing consistent call cycles, resolving challenges, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Strategic Program Management 
Develop and execute tailored program strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for existing partners. This includes managing forecasts, pipelines, and delivering on key metrics such as new business volume, margin, and fee income.


Partner Sales Enablement 
Provide training and development support to partner sales teams to enhance finance penetration and attract high-quality customers.

Lead Management 
Actively monitor and follow up on sales leads within the pipeline, ensuring timely engagement with both existing partners and potential prospects.

First-Line Escalation Support 
Serve as the initial point of contact for non-standard inquiries, including pricing adjustments, changes to terms and conditions, priority deal handling, and settlement exceptions. Offer prompt support for deal status updates and other partner-related queries.

Operational Efficiency 
Collaborate with partners to identify and implement process improvements that streamline application handling, credit approvals, and settlement procedures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration 
Work closely with DLL’s Sales Support teams to ensure seamless transaction processing and exceptional service delivery.

Customer-Centric Approach 
Skilled in identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that consistently exceed expectations.

Professional Experience 
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a relevant role, demonstrating capability and results.

Industry Knowledge 
Prior experience in the agriculture industry is highly regarded.
