JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support projects using both Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate Agile ceremonies and events.
- Foster a culture of self-organization, transparency, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Partner with the Product Owner/Service Request Manager and key stakeholders to ensure the team consistently delivers value.
- Act as a champion for removing blockers and impediments, while capturing and aggregating meaningful team data to support continuous improvement and inform management and strategic decision-making.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Scrum Master Certification or PMP certification preferred.
- 5-7 years of relevant professional experience required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Extensive experience with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational execution.
- Proficient typing and computer skills.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent meeting facilitation skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
