Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Analyst/Developer to join our team in your choice of our Chicago or Peoria, IL office locations! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:        
•    Perform end-to-end data management activities, including data design, data quality, data triage, data governance, and data architecture, leveraging SQL, Snowflake, AWS, and related technologies.
•    Develop and implement break/fix solutions by identifying root causes and resolving issues within data pipelines and code using Python and AWS.
•    Create scripts and automation tools to detect, correct, and prevent data issues.
•    Design and maintain monitoring and alerting capabilities to proactively identify data quality and pipeline issues.
•    Identify, investigate, and drive resolution of complex platform and data issues to maintain and improve the quality, performance, and reliability of digital product data.
•    Conduct issue analysis using statistical methods, data triage, and infrastructure-level problem-solving techniques.
•    Collaborate with Operations teams (Tier 2 and Tier 3 support) and internal technical teams to resolve escalated data and platform issues.
•    Communicate with end users and internal stakeholders to support the development, debugging, and testing of application software, ensuring accuracy, integrity, interoperability, and completeness.
•    Respond to complex application and technical issues, including participation in off-shift and weekend support as needed.
•    Perform additional duties as assigned by Caterpillar management.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
•    Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant professional experience, or
•    Master’s degree with 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or
•    Relevant technical certifications in lieu of a degree with 8+ years of applicable experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
•    2–4 years of hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
•    Experience designing, developing, and delivering microservices using serverless AWS services, including S3, CloudWatch, RDS, Aurora, DynamoDB, Lambda, SNS, SQS, Kinesis, and IAM.
•    Background in data management, data engineering, or data operations.
•    Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) pipeline frameworks or CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
