We are seeking a proactive Payroll Associate who delivers friendly and helpful service to clients while working independently with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on time for clients.

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

• Prepare and deliver payroll reports as needed.

• Resolve payroll issues and correct errors promptly.

• Manage payroll tax reporting and payments.

• Onboard new clients by setting up accounts with payroll tax authorities and configuring employers in the payroll system.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email regarding payroll matters.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience in full-service payroll with the ability to process payroll.

• Knowledge of current US payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple payrolls.

• Excellent communication skills; English proficiency required.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude and service orientation.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently under pressure.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat.

• Experience with IRIS Payroll software is a plus.

• Ability to thrive in a web-based work environment.

• Professional appearance and manner.

• Familiarity with payroll tax authorities and onboarding processes.

• Strong time management and planning skills.
