Position Summary
We are seeking a temporary specialist to partner with Facilities Managers and Directors to implement and optimize ServiceChannel. The role focuses on improving workflows, increasing adoption, and streamlining operations through better use of the platform.
Key Responsibilities
This role combines Implementation, Optimization, and Support, with a strong emphasis on the first two. The primary focus will be:
Optimization (Primary): Collaborating with leadership to diagnose current deployment issues and re-engineer workflows to meet goals.
Implementation Support: Launching new features, modules, and vendor integrations that were previously underutilized or misconfigured.
Ongoing Support: Acting as the high-level system owner to ensure the platform aligns with business needs and providing "Tier 3" troubleshooting.
Core Duties
Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Facilities leadership to implement and optimize ServiceChannel.
Diagnostics: Diagnose current deployment issues and recommend improvements.
Configuration: Configure and enhance ServiceChannel features and workflows.
Adoption: Identify underutilized functionality and drive adoption.
Training & Documentation: Provide documentation, guidance, and light training to facilities staff.
Operations Support: Support reporting, work order management, and vendor coordination improvements.
