¿Te apasiona la organización y la coordinación en entornos dinámicos? En SYNERGY HomeCare of Mendon buscamos un Scheduler que se convierta en pieza clave para garantizar la mejor experiencia tanto para nuestros clientes como para nuestros cuidadores.

Horario: lunes a viernes, de 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM Ubicación: Sedes disponibles en Buenos Aires, Mendoza y Córdoba, Argentina.

Tu misión:

• Coordinar y mantener los horarios de los cuidadores, asegurando cobertura adecuada para cada cliente.

• Gestionar cambios de último momento, reemplazos y llamados urgentes con rapidez y precisión.

• Atender llamadas entrantes, brindar asistencia profesional y documentar información de intake de manera exacta.

• Comunicarte de forma clara y constante con cuidadores, equipos internos y clientes.

• Priorizar necesidades operativas urgentes mientras mantienes la precisión diaria en los registros.

Lo que buscamos:

• Experiencia en home care, healthcare o entornos de programación de turnos médicos para cliente de EE.UU

• Nivel de inglés conversacional (B2+/C1)

• Habilidades organizativas y de multitasking excepcionales.

• Comunicación verbal y escrita impecable.
