π About the Role Weβre looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team in a BPO / Call Center environment π. This role is key to achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction π¬, and ensuring operational excellence. Youβll act as a bridge between frontline agents and senior management, driving performance and engagement π.
π₯ Team Leadership & Coaching β Supervise daily sales operations and agent activities β Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions π€ to boost performance β Motivate and inspire the team to exceed sales goals π―
π Performance Management πΉ Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, call quality & adherence πΉ Deliver regular feedback and corrective action plans πΉ Analyze reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities π
βοΈOperational Oversight βοΈ Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and client requirements βοΈ Manage scheduling, attendance, and agent adherence β±οΈ βοΈ Handle escalated customer issues and ensure fast resolution π¨
π° Sales Strategy Execution π Execute sales campaigns and initiatives from management π― Align team efforts with organizational sales goals π‘ Suggest ideas to improve processes and customer engagement
π€ Engagement & Development π Plan team-building and engagement activities π Support professional growth through training & mentorship π Foster a positive, collaborative, high-performance culture
π€ Client Relationship Management π’ Act as the main point of contact for client communication and escalations π Build strong client relationships by meeting or exceeding expectations

πΌ Experience Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in a BPO sales operationπ―
