Caregiver Recruiter (Bilingual) – 100% Remote (Colombia)

Location: Remote

Salary: $2,840,000 COP per month

Job Description: Seeking a high-energy, results-driven Caregiver Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire qualified caregivers (HHA, CNA, PCA) for clients in the United States. This role requires excellent bilingual communication skills and active phone outreach to impact patient care quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source caregivers via job boards, social media, and referrals

• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess qualifications

• Verify certifications, licenses, work eligibility; coordinate background checks

• Match caregivers with clients based on skills, availability, and care needs

• Maintain up-to-date records in ATS/HR systems

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment

• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level), fluent and professional

• Comfortable handling high call volume (300+ screening calls every 2 weeks)

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience to meet targets

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Colombia Time)

• Full-time remote work required
