🎯 About the Role This is a hands-on, high-ownership Growth Marketing Manager position for someone strong in strategy, copywriting, and execution. You will build and refine our B2B outbound engine — from defining ICPs to writing cold email sequences, tracking metrics, and iterating quickly. If you love conversion experiments, outreach psychology, and creative messaging, this role is for you.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities 1️⃣ Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Oversee campaigns across email, social media, SEO, automation, and branded collateral.
2️⃣ Brand & Voice Discovery
Ask smart questions to understand brand voice and client pain points (messy books, payroll complexity, etc.). Turn insights into clear, consistent messaging across all channels.
3️⃣ Content & Campaign Execution ✉️ Email Marketing: Use Instantly + LinkedIn Sales Navigator for segmentation & automation. 📝 Blog & SEO: Ghostwrite two long-form SEO-optimized posts per month. 📱 Social Media: Create and schedule three weekly posts using tools like WeConnect. 🎨 Design & Video: Use Canva or similar tools to create visuals & short-form videos. 🌐 Website: Maintain and update for clarity, consistency, and conversion.
4️⃣ Performance, KPIs & Reporting
• Drive qualified, booked discovery calls with ICP-fit SMBs.
• Maintain weekly dashboards, monthly reporting decks, and real-time tracking (Sheets/Notion).
• Own campaigns end-to-end and continuously optimize.
5️⃣ Collaboration & Governance Work directly with the CEO through weekly alignment touchpoints. Ensure all content meets bookkeeping & payroll compliance standards.
6️⃣ Process & Continuous Improvement Build internal systems for content sourcing and automation. Manage list hygiene and data integrity. Test new tactics, tools, and campaigns to improve performance.
📚 Required Skills & Experience ⭐ 3+ years in B2B marketing, demand gen, content marketing, or outbound/SaaS-style campaigns 📩 Proven success running cold email + LinkedIn outreach ✍️ Excellent writing skills (long-form + persuasive short-form) 📊 Strong analytical mindset (KPIs, experiments, iteration) 🧰 Comfortable with Instantly, WeConnect, Notion & basic editing tools 🤝 Adaptable, accountable, collaborative, independent 🔍 High attention to detail 🔐 Understanding of confidentiality & financial data integrity 🗨️ C1+ English Level
