About the Role We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team and support day‑to‑day marketing execution across analytics, content, email, CRM, and social channels. This role is ideal for a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment and contributing directly to campaign performance and results. You will gain practical exposure to multiple areas of digital marketing while collaborating closely with a dynamic team.
Responsibilities
Analytics & Reporting Monitor website performance using Google Analytics (GA4), including traffic, attribution, events, and conversions Support SEO analysis through Google Search Console, identifying query trends, indexing issues, and CTR improvement opportunities Assist with A/B testing for emails, landing pages, and paid advertising Compile and maintain basic performance reports and dashboards
Marketing Execution Support Support email marketing and CRM initiatives, including campaign setup, quality control, and performance tracking Assist with content and social media initiatives as needed Ensure accuracy, consistency, and organization across marketing assets Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns efficiently and on schedule
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console Advanced English level (C1) — written and spoken Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable working in an on-site environment Proactive mindset, adaptability, and eagerness to learn
Nice to Have Experience with email marketing platforms or CRM tools Basic understanding of SEO, paid media, or A/B testing Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
