⚖️ ¡Estamos contratando! Legal Billing & Litigation Support Specialist

¿Tienes experiencia sólida en facturación legal y soporte de litigios para firmas en EE. UU.? ¡Esta oportunidad es para ti! 🚀

🎯 Responsabilidades Clave:

• Gestión Financiera: Preparación de pre-bills, envío de facturas vía plataformas de e-billing (CounselLink, Legal Tracker, etc.) y resolución de rechazos.

• Litigation Support: Control total de calendarios de litigio, fechas de audiencias, deposiciones y cumplimiento con reglas locales/federales.

• Docketing: Monitoreo y actualización de actividad procesal a través de PACER/CM-ECF.

• Precisión: Auditoría de entradas de tiempo y ajustes con un estándar de "cero errores".

✅ ¿Qué buscamos? (Requisitos)

• Experiencia comprobable en firmas de abogados (no contabilidad general).

• Dominio de sistemas de facturación legal (Aderant, Elite/3E, ProLaw, Clio, etc.).

• Conocimiento profundo del flujo de trabajo de litigios en EE. UU.

• Inglés avanzado (C1) – Capacidad para comunicarse fluidamente con abogados y clientes en EE. UU.

• Alta atención al detalle y capacidad de autogestión.

🌟 Plus (Deseable):

• Experiencia previa como Legal Secretary o Paralegal.

• Manejo de sistemas de gestión documental (iManage, NetDocuments).
