About this role
Modality: 100% remote from Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Kenya or Philipines.
Schedule: Monday to Friday \u007C 9:00am to 5:00pm EST (CST).
Contract: Permanent.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design electrical systems for retail and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with U.S. codes and standards (NEC, NFPA).
• Prepare detailed plans, specifications, and technical documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Develop systems for lighting, power, data, and protection.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and U.S.-based clients.
• Review technical submittals and resolve design-related issues during project execution.
• Ensure safe and efficient electrical power distribution.
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial/retail electrical design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Advanced English (oral and written – C1/C2 level).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Nice to Have:
• Experience in large retail projects (e.g., Walmart, Target, Starbucks).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or knowledge of ETAP / SKM.
• Familiarity with management and coordination platforms (TMS, CRM).
