Responsabilidades principales: • Identificar y dar seguimiento a cuentas con saldos vencidos. • Negociar planes de pago mensuales o liquidaciones totales con los clientes. • Investigar y resolver discrepancias en pagos o disputas de facturación. • Colaborar con el equipo de facturación y recepción de caja. Requisitos: • 1+ años de experiencia demostrable en funciones de cobranza o crédito. • Educación superior en Contabilidad o Administración de Empresas (Deseable). • Microsoft Excel avanzado. • Organización impecable y atención al detalle. • Inglés avanzado

What you'll do
- The Collections Specialist will identify and follow up on overdue accounts, negotiate payment plans or settlements with clients, and resolve discrepancies in payments or billing disputes. Collaboration with the billing and cash reception team is also a key responsibility.
