Job Title: Bilingual Sourcer Specialist (Sales Experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Location: Mendoza, Argentina

Role Responsibilities:

• Proactively sourcing candidates across multiple job portals.

• Contact passive candidates by crafting personalized and engaging messages that convey our value proposition.

• Conduct initial preselections by verifying basic requirements before passing candidates to recruiters.

• Manage databases and ATS, keeping the talent pool updated.

• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal profiles and adjust search strategies.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months' experience in BPO sales.

• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).

• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
