About this role

Somos una empresa dedicada a ofrecer soluciones informáticas profesionales y equipos reacondicionados de alta calidad. Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Auxiliar Administrativo proactivo, organizado y con buena actitud para integrarse a nuestro equipo y apoyar en procesos clave de gestión interna.

Responsabilidades principales

• Realizar trámites y gestiones administrativas del día a día.

• Gestionar facturación, cobros y pagos (se valora la experiencia con programas contables).

• Manejar y actualizar información en Excel (nivel básico–medio).

• Gestionar y organizar el correo electrónico interno.

• Realizar conciliaciones básicas y cruces de información entre diferentes Marketplace y facturas.

• Ingresar facturas en A3 o apoyar en contabilidad (conocimientos valorados, no obligatorios).

Skills y Competencias Clave

Organización y atención al detalle. Capacidad para trabajar con plazos y manejar múltiples tareas. Comunicación clara y responsabilidad. Alta proactividad y actitud de aprendizaje. Manejo básico–medio de Excel (búsquedas, filtros, conciliación, ordenamiento). Familiaridad con procesos administrativos y facturación.

Requisitos

Formación: No indispensable; se valora más la experiencia. Experiencia mínima de 1–2 años en funciones administrativas. Idioma: Español. Conocimientos en software contable (A3 o similares) son un plus, pero se puede enseña
