About this role

buscamos un Asistente de AP detallista y proactivo. Si te apasionan las finanzas y dominas el inglés, ¡queremos conocerte!

Lo que harás con nosotros:

• Gestión de Facturas: Codificación en el libro mayor y gestión de aprobaciones.

• Ciclo de Pagos: Ejecución eficiente de pagos semanales a proveedores.

• Comunicación Bilingüe: Resolución de dudas de proveedores y conciliación de saldos tanto en español como en inglés.

• Control de Datos: Mantenimiento preciso de registros y documentación de soporte.

Requisitos Indispensables:

• Inglés Avanzado (B2/C1): Capacidad para mantener conversaciones fluidas y redactar correos profesionales. (Se evaluará en entrevista).

• Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en Cuentas por Pagar (AP).

• Educación: Diploma de secundaria (preferible formación técnica o universitaria en Contabilidad).

• Habilidades Técnicas: Manejo de Microsoft Excel y experiencia con sistemas ERP.
