Descripción del puesto:
• Supervisar y optimizar los procesos de facturación y cobranza.
• Asegurar el cumplimiento normativo y el logro de objetivos financieros.
• Supervisar equipos de Insurance Verification, Billing y EOB.
• Monitorear producción facturada y metas de cobranza.
• Analizar tendencias negativas con aseguradoras.
• Revisar write-offs y establecer objetivos semanales.
Requisitos clave:
• 3 a 5 años de experiencia en Accounts Receivable (AR) en Physical Therapy.
• Experiencia con sistemas EMR (A2C, Prompt, WebPT/TheraBill, Patient Studio, TheraOffice).
• Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado a resultados.
• Excelente comunicación y liderazgo.

What you'll do
- Supervise and optimize billing and collection processes while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial objectives are met. Monitor billed production and collection goals, analyze negative trends with insurers, and review write-offs.
