About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Operations to lead and scale our telehealth clinic, gearing up for our next phase of growth. You’ll own the systems, people, and strategy that keep our clinic running smoothly, alongside taking ownership of supercharging our growth - from patient care, prescribing workflows to compliance, logistics, and brand experience.

What You'll Own

• Lead and optimise telehealth operations across patient onboarding, consult delivery, and follow-up care.
• Oversee prescribing protocols alongside our Clinician Lead, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Build scalable workflows and systems that support rapid growth and seamless patient experiences.
• Partner with leadership on strategic planning and operational execution.
• Strengthen brand awareness by ensuring every process reflects our patient-first ethos.
• Manage and mentor teams across admin, logistics, and clinical coordination.

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years experience in operations or healthtech leadership, ideally in telehealth or clinical settings, alongside a passion for technology.
• Proven experience scaling operations in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge (or quick learner) around alternative medicine frameworks & regulations.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, systems-driven mindset.
• Excellent communicator who leads with empathy and data.
