Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.
We are looking for a talented Wellness Attendant to join our team! In this role, you’ll help keep our spa and wellness areas clean, organized, and welcoming. You’ll greet members, support daily activities and classes, and assist with general wellness operations to ensure an excellent guest experience.
What you will do?
- Set up and maintain the gym, salon, and treatment rooms each day.
- Ensure all wellness and public areas are clean, organized, and meet quality standards.
- Greet members warmly and provide prompt, courteous assistance.
- Support the team by helping them deliver services smoothly and on time.
- Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and keep equipment in safe working condition.
- Report lost & found items and assist with guest incident reporting.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Update daily communication logs and attend required training or meetings.
- Perform other operational tasks as assigned by supervisors.
What are we looking for?
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a spa, wellness center, or luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and guest care.
- Professional attitude, teamwork mindset, and good communication skills.
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to follow standards, maintain high grooming levels, and work in a multicultural setting.
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods.
