We are looking for a talented Head Wellness Concierge to join our team! In this role, you'll lead the reception and reservations for our spa and wellness areas, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience for all members and guests. You’ll oversee daily front‑of‑house operations, keep wellbeing spaces clean and organized, support activity bookings, and warmly welcome guests as they arrive.

What you will do?

  • Welcome and guide members through their wellness journey, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
  • Lead daily front‑of‑house operations, including reception setup, reservations, booking confirmations, and member profile updates.
  • Handle calls, emails, member requests, and incident reports with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Oversee the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all wellness areas.
  • Support sales through upselling wellness activities, services, and promotions.
  • Prepare daily reports, assist with stock control and purchasing, and ensure accuracy in member charges.
  • Lead, motivate, and support wellness concierges and attendants; assist with onboarding and shift guidance.
  • Collaborate with managers, attend meetings/training, and help improve operational procedures.
  • Ensure all services follow company standards, safety guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Deliver exceptional member service and support service recovery when needed.

What are we looking for?

  • 5–8 years of experience in luxury spa, wellness, or hospitality front‑of‑house roles.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A warm, proactive, and service‑driven approach with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with wellness or reservation systems.
  • Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Professional appearance, high ethical standards, and strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for wellness, guest experience, and maintaining high service standards.
