As a Golf Experience Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to make every visit to CostaTerra truly special. From welcoming guests with a smile to making sure every golf detail is perfect; your role will play a key part in shaping the CostaTerra experience.

What you will do?

• Deliver Exceptional Service: Make every member and guest feel like VIPs by creating a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating their needs.
• Maintain Golf Carts: Ensure carts are in perfect condition – fully charged, clean, and ready for action.
• Range Management: Keep the practice area stocked with golf balls, tidy, and organized so everyone can enjoy their practice time.
• Bag Handling: Safely and efficiently store and prepare members’ and guests’ golf bags.
• Organized and Efficient: Assist in organizing carts and maintaining a clean and organized bag storage area.
• Take Pride in Cleanliness: Clean golf clubs and ensure the entire facility is top-notch, showing your attention to detail.

What are we looking for?

• Communication Skills: English language (Portuguese is a bonus). You’ll need to interact with our international community and create lasting impressions.

• Flexibility: Comfortable working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays – because great experiences happen every day.
• Positive Energy: You’re the kind of person who can keep a positive attitude even when the weather gets tough, or the schedule gets hectic.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and understand that every team member contributes to the bigger picture.
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to safely drive a golf cart and park members’ cars.
• Customer Service Skills: Experience handling member/guest relations and resolving issues with grace.
• Physical Stamina: You’ll be on your feet for long periods and may need to lift up to 25kg.
• Seasonal Adaptability: Ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions, making every season an opportunity for growth
