Costaterra is a private members only residential community in Comporta – Portugal. It combines luxury living with top-tier hospitality, offering incredible dining, a world-class golf course, spa services, outdoor pursuits, and immersive local experiences.
What you will do?
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe workplace at all times;
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within allotted time;
- Perform daily operations according to standards;
- Maintain plants to ensure they meet specific production, visual, and health requirements and expectations;
- Sowing, planting and cultivating various plants, flowers and trees;
- Tilling the soil and applying fertilizers, transplanting, thinning, pruning or cutting;
- Harvesting, cleaning, packing and loading harvested products;
- Working with hand tools and small machines related to agricultural work;
- Cleaning all tools and equipment after each use and keeping them tidy;
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time;
- Assist other team members to ensure that they can perform their services professionally and accurately and on time, according to the priorities set for me;
- Report any damage to any tools and equipment immediately;
- Separate all composting waste from green waste, and any other recycling materials for the same, to fully comply with internal and external SOPs, with a key focus on sustainability;
- Carry out, or help to carry out, daily harvesting and animal care;
- Dehydrate and preserve flowers, aromatics and vegetables, and ensure that they are preserved in the best quality and hygiene;
- Represent the best interests of the company, maintaining the highest level of integrity and professionalism;
- Attend meetings, training classes and seminars as requested by the manager;
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by managers.
