As an Employee Shuttle Driver for Gozzer Ranch, you will be part of creating the Gozzer Ranch Experience. You may be asked to perform other tasks (outside of your key areas of responsibility) from time to time based on business needs. Key Area #1: Member Experience and Vibe
- Greet our member and member guests promptly upon arrival
- Always provide our member and member guests prompt and professional service
- Exceed member and member guest expectations

- Give personal attention and take personal responsibility for a member and member guest experience
Key Area #2: Teamwork
- Work intentionally to include ALL Gozzer Employees

Key Area #3: Daily Operations
- Provide transportation to Gozzer Ranch employees from employee housing to club property.
- Carry themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
- Consistent adherence to weekly and daily schedule.
- Frequently communicate with club management and team members for any transportation updates.
- Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of transportation vehicles, including keeping it fueled at all times per the updated gas purchasing guidelines.
Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:
- Valid Drivers License required
- Must adhere to traffic and driving laws
- Comply with Idaho State Health and Wellness regulations
- Possess basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work effectively with all personality types
- Ability to understand and carry-out verbal and written instructions independently
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, morning, and nights
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and temperatures to include inside and outside areas
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, exerting up to 25 lbs. of force on a frequent basis and up to 75 lbs. on an occasional basis independently or with help
- Ability to perform such activities as grasping, lifting, reaching, crouching, walking, sitting, and carrying.
- Comply with local and public traffic laws, and highway safety rules and regulations in operating vehicles.
- Follow written and verbal geographical directions.
- Operate light and heavy passenger vans and buses for transport to airports, off-site housing, off-site entertainment/activities and more as needed.
- Monitor and maintain staff transportation schedules.
- Attend department meetings and trainings as necessary.
- Any addition duties as assigned.
