Finding the right people to add to our unique mix is a difficult endeavor, so we're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our recruiting team and help us maintain a smooth and positive experience for remarkable candidates.&nbsp;<strong><br></strong></p> <p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p> <ul> <li>Help execute against our hiring goals, partnering with infrastructure and product engineering departments. &nbsp;</li> <li>Serve as a company brand ambassador as the first point of contact for many candidates.</li> <li>Understand how business goals impact the full hiring landscape and anticipate how organizational changes may impact hiring needs.</li> <li>Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and help them meet their hiring goals.</li> <li>Recruit top talent through sourcing on multiple channels, reviewing incoming applicants, sourcing candidates, and maintaining a successful offer acceptance rate.</li> <li>Innovate on ways to attract and source world class engineers.</li> <li>Identify process improvement areas and solutions, share and encourage best practices with the rest of the Recruiting, Recruiting Operations, and People teams to ensure every candidate has a positive experience.</li> <li>Develop a deep relationship with candidates by understanding their goals, values, and interests to match them to the right openings and strengthen the offer process.</li> <li>Assist on roles outside of Engineering and Product if open headcount volume warrants additional help.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you should have</strong></p> <ul> <li>A commitment to and track record of delivering high touch, world class service candidates and employees</li> <li>Adaptability and openness to learning and incorporating new recruiting strategies, tactics, and processes</li> <li>4+ years of experience sourcing for Engineering and Product roles</li> <li>Proven track record sourcing and hiring passive candidates</li> <li>Strong calendar management skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Experience with Greenhouse, Gem, Seekout, other forms of applicant tracking systems, CRMs, or search tools</li> <li>Confident, coachable and enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment</li> <li>A sense of urgency in juggling multiple priorities</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Comfortable interfacing with all types of people</li> </ul> <p><em>This position is temporary, US-based, and can be remote, but if you live in the Bay Area, you’re welcome to work from our beautiful SF office.</em></p> <p><em>The US base salary range for this temporary full-time position is $160,000 to $175,000 + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
