We’re looking for Product Marketer to join our our fast-growing iGaming team of Fortunejack.
Position Summary:
The Product Marketer – Casino & Sports will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotions for the company’s casino and sports products. This role combines product expertise with creative marketing skills to attract, engage, and retain players, ensuring that all campaigns align with brand guidelines, business objectives, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement marketing plans for casino and sports betting products in line with the overall business strategy.
- Identify target segments, key selling points, and promotional opportunities.
- Coordinate campaign calendars and seasonal promotions.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO, affiliates, influencers, and on-site banners.
- Create engaging promotional concepts for tournaments, bonuses, seasonal offers, and special events.
- Coordinate with design, content, and CRM teams to ensure timely delivery of all marketing assets.
Product Promotion & Positioning
- Develop compelling positioning for casino games and sports events to highlight their unique features.
- Work with the product team to ensure new game launches and sports events are effectively promoted.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to introduce innovative promotional ideas.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, retention, engagement).
- Recommend optimizations based on data-driven insights.
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with product, CRM, design, analytics, and affiliate teams to ensure campaign alignment.
- Collaborate with the compliance team to ensure all promotions meet legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing within the iGaming industry (casino and/or sports betting focus).
- Proven track record of running successful product-specific marketing campaigns.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of casino games, sports betting, and player behavior.
- Excellent copywriting and creative concept development skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret analytics and optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms, affiliate systems).
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Languages
- Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage).
