🎯 Role Summary
The Personal Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support within a fast-paced, data-driven iGaming/tech environment. The role ensures the CEO’s priorities, meetings, and cross-departmental initiatives run smoothly. This position requires outstanding communication skills, confidentiality, flexibility, and the ability to handle complex tasks across multiple time zones and jurisdictions.
📍 Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings across global time zones and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and summary in accordance with existing guidelines
- Ensure the CEO is fully prepared for all meetings with pre-reads, data summaries, and follow-up tracking.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal leaders & external partners;
- Coordinate partner meetings and follow-ups, ensuring timely delivery of agreed tasks.
- Follow up with key teams to ensure progress on strategic tasks assigned by the CEO.
- Draft high-quality internal and external communication, including executive summaries and partner correspondence.
- Maintain highly organized filing systems (documents, presentations).
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, participation in industry conferences (SIGMA, ICE, Affiliate World), and prepare itineraries.
Event & Conference Support
- Coordinate logistics and materials for industry expos, board meetings, leadership offsites, or investor events.
- Assist in preparing company decks, talking points, and follow-up communications
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as PA/EA supporting C-level executives, ideally in iGaming, tech, fintech, or other digital-first industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, German, or others) are an advantage.
- High proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, project management platforms, Slack, Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to work with sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
- Comfort operating in a fast-changing, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.
