Currently, have an opportunity for an Customer Support and Payment Specialist.


Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via chat
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
  • Monitor customer complaints  reach out to provide assistance
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives


 Skills & Competencies:

  • On-line experience in Support / Customer Services
  • Experience in assisting customers via email, phone, and/or chat will be an advantage;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Clear thinking and problem-solving
  • Previous experience in iGaming or a keen interest in sports or casino games will be counted as an advantage.  
  • Must be flexible towards work schedules (mornings, evenings, nights)
  • Experience in iGaming is a must
