Currently, have an opportunity for an Customer Support and Payment Specialist.
Responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via chat
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Monitor customer complaints reach out to provide assistance
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
- Assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives
Skills & Competencies:
- On-line experience in Support / Customer Services
- Experience in assisting customers via email, phone, and/or chat will be an advantage;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Clear thinking and problem-solving
- Previous experience in iGaming or a keen interest in sports or casino games will be counted as an advantage.
- Must be flexible towards work schedules (mornings, evenings, nights)
- Experience in iGaming is a must
