What you’ll do

  • Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and priorities. Provide guidance and support on recruitment best practices, market insights, and candidate evaluation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the business and the global recruitment team always looking for optimization and improvement of our processes. 
  • Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment effectiveness, drive improvements, and report to leadership on hiring progress.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and talent acquisition best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to pre-boarding, fostering strong relationships and representing Digital Realty as an employer of choice.
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates, aligning with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including online channels, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top candidates. Conduct thorough screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with company values. 
  • Maintain high data integrity through proper use of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud ATS.  
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.

What you’ll need

  • 8+ years of corporate recruiting experience. 
  • Ability to think critically and execute effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence hiring managers, candidates, and cross-functional teams to drive successful hiring decisions.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of functions, including Technology, Engineering, Sales and HR.  
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate selection techniques, and offer negotiation. 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools/software.
