We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Service Delivery Engineer to join Technical Team based at the Nadi office, reporting to the Team Leader

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for installation, configuration and troubleshooting of ICT/ ISP and Sky Pay TV.
  • Configure and install all ICT equipment’s (RF links, fibre and satellite equipment) and unwired modems on customer premises.
  • Troubleshoot link faults, hardware (links, router, switches, camera, satellite, HPBX equipment) on both tower and client end and unwired faults such as speed, signal issue or hardware for customer.
  • Ensure all KPIs are met on monthly basis and strive to streamline processes and delivery of services in smarter way.
  • Liaise with equipment suppliers and maintenance contractors to ensure set timelines are adhered to.
  • Ensure standard procedures are followed at all times.
  • Compile and submit reports to your supervisor within the expected timeframe.

 

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or Trade Diploma in Telecommunication, Electronics/Electrical Engineering
  • At least three (2) years’ experiences in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge on ICT equipment’s, HPBX, satellite installation and maintenance of microwave transmission systems.
  • Project coordination and time management.
  • Ability to work at heights.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Proven experience in structured cabling.
  • Thorough understanding of DC and AC power systems.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A group 2 driver’s license (manual).
  • Ability to work unsupervised and handle multiple priority assignments simultaneously.
