About this role

At Digicel Pacific, we are looking for dynamic people to join our growing team. This fantastic opportunity is available and if you have the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced telecommunication industry and meet the desired requirements; then we would like to hear from you!

We are seeking to hire a highly motivated individual in the role of Sales Executive to join our Consumer Team based in Navua, reporting to the Team Leader.

 

Core Responsibilities:

 

  • Sell Digicel’s products as per the set criteria and guidelines.
  • Maximise customer interest and sales levels by displaying products appropriately.
  • Track all SIMS and handsets received and ensure that faulty SIMS and handsets are identified and submitted to Team Leader.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
  • Be present at all stock count scheduled and ensure all monies, SIMS and handsets are present.
  • Submit customer Feedback & Issues to Team Leader for escalation.
  • Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on client interactions and market intelligence.
  • Ensure all set targets and KPI’s are achieved or exceeded.
  • Utilize company assigned tools, apps and system access as per requirement for communication and processes.
  • Adhere to the weekly schedules.
  • Participate in the company’s promotions (e.g. Road Shows) and department scheduled promotions.
  • Complete all mandatory training sessions.

 

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skill a required for this role:

 

  • A pass in Year 13 or equivalent.
  • One-year working experience in a similar role in a mid to large organisation.
  • Sound knowledge of latest mobile gadgets.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work constructively within a team environment and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
