We are currently seeking a highly motivated Market Specialist to join our Business Solutions Technical Team at the Digicel Khalsa office, reporting to the Head of Enterprise Products – Fiji Hub. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our growth and innovation!

 

The Go-To-Market Specialist supports sales by leading creative campaigns, creating content, managing events and ads, and working with teams to drive strong product messaging and seller enablement.

 

Core responsibilities:  

  • Develop and manage marketing assets (Keynote decks, sales guides, training materials, customer profiles) to support B2B sales initiatives.
  • Enable cross-market sales teams with effective launch materials and strategic messaging.
  • Deliver high-quality work across multiple projects with autonomy and a proactive attitude.
  • Refine content with attention to detail, incorporating feedback and resolving creative/technical issues.
  • Lead long-term marketing strategy aligned with product goals and market trends.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and market gaps to guide targeted campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to shape the product marketing roadmap.
  • Partner with Sales to execute cohesive go-to-market strategies and optimize customer engagement.
  • Advise Enterprise Products team with data-driven insights to align marketing with business objectives.
  • Drive brand awareness and positioning through innovative marketing efforts.
  • Create B2B content (case studies, whitepapers, brochures, social media, web pages) with an annual roadmap.
  • Write press releases and leverage market research to target audience trends.
  • Coordinate brand initiatives across teams, setting clear goals and choosing optimal channels.
  • Maintain a central creative hub with accurate records and backups of all assets.
  • Monitor competitor marketing to inform strategic positioning and differentiation.

Academic qualifications, Experience & Skills required for this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing content production with a background in B2B and go-to-marketing in an IT or Telecommunication industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Art, Design, Marketing, Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience in B2B Marketing and Product Management running successful marketing campaigns
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements - including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO, social media management, advertising, and market research
  • Must be strategic, possess a strong attention to detail and have exceptional organization
  • Experience developing / launching solutions and programs with sales organizations and marketing teams.
  • Ability to build compelling and high-calibre presentations with a passion and interest for design
  • Ability to proactively build rapport, credibility, influence, and get results throughout an organization at all levels, across many functions, in a highly-matrixed organization.
  • Experience in government sales and selling to government organizations preferred but not required.
