We're seeking a curious and motivated student/ fresh graduate who's passionate about artificial intelligence and excited to apply cutting-edge AI technologies to real-world retail challenges. You don't need to be an expert- just eager to learn, experiment, and grow alongside a supportive team of experienced engineers and AI experts.

 

Responsibilities

  • Gain familiarity with AI/ML engineering concepts, practices, and methodologies relevant to retail software applications

  • With guidance, perform standard AI development duties, including coding basic AI components, data pipelines, and model implementations according to established protocols and coding guidelines

  • Assist with testing and validating AI models and data processing workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability across common use cases

  • Learn and apply industry-standard AI/ML practices, responsible AI principles, and company guidelines for developing retail solutions

  • Prepare and provide documentation for AI experiments, model implementations, and data workflows according to standard formats and supervisory guidelines

  • Assist in the implementation, customization, and integration of AI initiatives into retail software systems under the supervision of experienced AI/ML engineers

  • Gain comfort working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, software engineers, and product stakeholders

  • Demonstrate willingness to accept constructive feedback and learn from mentorship provided by senior engineers and AI specialists

 

Required Qualifications

  • School projects or working experience with programming (C#, Python)
  • Experience with version control (ideally Git) and collaborative development
  • Good business English skills (Written and spoken)
  • Eager to expand your skills and come up with ideas
  • Strong communication skills and can explain technical concepts clearly

 

Nice to have

  • Experience with DevOps, Jenkins

  • Interest in retail technology, e-commerce, or customer experience innovation

  • Coursework or personal projects involving machine learning, data analysis, or AI

The hourly base salary range for this position is 31,40PLN.

 

Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
