Team Overview

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Procurement Business Partner to lead sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management across indirect spend categories in Latin America (LATAM), including BPOs, Professional Services, HR, IT, Facilities, and Marketing.

This role is critical in aligning procurement strategies with regional business objectives, driving cost efficiency, service excellence, and compliance with global and local policies. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Procurement Business Partner will support the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle and provide expert guidance on complex, cross-functional decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and define sourcing objectives.
  • Acting as a strategic business partner, aligning sourcing strategies with organizational goals.
  • Leading procurement activities across indirect categories such as BPOs, Professional Services, HR, IT, Facilities, and Marketing.
  • Developing and execute sourcing strategies to drive cost savings, quality improvements, and supplier performance.
  • Negotiating contracts, pricing, terms, and service-level agreements with vendors and agencies.
  • Managng supplier relationships and performance to ensure service excellence and contractual compliance.
  • Monitoring and analyzing spend, identify savings opportunities, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies, risk frameworks, and legal requirements across LATAM.
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities from a procurement perspective.
  • Working cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, HR, Taxes, and Infosec or any other area to streamline procurement processes.
  • Collaborating with teams across Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Peru, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (mandatory).
  • 1+ year of experience in sourcing or procurement roles.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Strong skills in negotiation, cost and data analysis, category management, and contract management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing and procurement methodologies and supplier management practices.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A creative, energetic, hands-on, and self-driven team player with a high level of ownership and autonomy.
