About this role
Wir suchen zum Ausbau unserer Teams in den MVZs in Hamburg eine Pflegekraft (m/w/d) in der Dialyse. Die Stelle soll in Vollzeit (35 Wochenstunden) oder Teilzeit besetzt werden.
Altenpfleger:innen und Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) sind uns ebenfalls herzlich willkommen.

Aufgaben
- Fachspezifische Versorgung und Betreuung unserer Dialysepatient:innen
- Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation der Pflege (Pflegeanamnese, Patientenbeobachtung, Verabreichung Medikamente & Einstellung und Anpassung Dialyseparameter nach ärztl. Anordnung, Komplikationsmanagement, psychosoziale Betreuung)
- Ansprechperson für Ärzt:innen, Mitarbeiter:innen, Patient:innen und Angehörige
Qualifikation
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegekraft (m/w/d), Krankenschwester bzw. Krankenpfleger (m/w/d), Altenpfleger:in (m/w/d) oder MFA (m/w/d)
- Berufserfahrung in der Dialyse wäre wünschenswert, ist jedoch kein Muss
- Zuverlässigkeit, Engagement und Fingerspitzengefühl im Umgang mit unseren Patienten und deren Angehörigen
