As an integral part of our operations, the Manager will handle various tasks to ensure efficient and accurate parts management.<br><br>This is a full-time position <br><br>Specific Duties:<br><br>• Lead a team of 3-5 people.<br>• Accept daily deliveries of parts, meticulously inputting essential information into the system and overseeing the organization and placement of each individual part within the inventory.<br>• Compile and prepare parts for the designated technician routes, ensuring accuracy of both parts and associated paperwork.<br>• Vigilantly track and manage any missing parts for daily routes, promptly communicating discrepancies to the dispatcher.<br>• Ensure the courier is well-informed and equipped with all necessary information to effectively deliver parts to the technicians.<br>• Promptly return any unused parts to the inventory, maintaining a timely and organized inventory system.<br>• Conduct daily investigations into parts returned or missing from technicians, taking appropriate and decisive action as needed.<br>• Engage in comprehensive research and resolution of part-related issues, liaising between distributors, couriers, technicians, and the office.<br>• Dispatch necessary paperwork to the corporate office within established timelines.<br>• Regularly monitor the aging status of parts to ensure optimal inventory control.<br>• Oversee and manage the inventory to maintain optimal stock levels and organization.<br>• Compile and organize information for month-end reports and evaluations.<br>• Utilize appropriate systems to diligently track and manage inventory levels and movements.<br>• Perform necessary inspections of parts as and when required.<br>• Expedite the shipping process for customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.<br>• Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and orderly work environment by adhering to established procedures, rules, and regulations, keeping shelves, workstations, and the shipping area in impeccable condition.<br>• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by the management.<br><br>Job Requirements:<br>• High school diploma or GED equivalent<br>• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities<br>• Attention to detail<br>• Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs, frequently lift and move up to 40 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 70 lbs.<br>• Ability to frequently stand, stoop, kneel and crouch<br>• Knowledge of warehouse/inventory processes desired<br>• Valid driver’s license<br><br>About Diamond Factory Service:<br>We are a full-line appliance repair company servicing all major appliances for Whirlpool brands.
