Job Title: Supply FP&A Lead Analyst - Logistics (Fixed-term)
Location: Budapest
Contract Term: Fixed-term contract till 16th September 2026

The Diageo Supply Chain and Procurement organisation is responsible for all the liquid production, packaging and transportation of products.
Finance business partner roles are at the heart of the Finance Operating Model, providing valuable guidance and support to the organization owning the performance agenda including delivery of all financial metrics whilst ensuring a robust control and risk management environment.
Role Responsibilities
Act as the finance business partner of the respective business unit(s) (Day to day financial management of the P&L/BS/Cash, drive financial performance, operational KPIs)
Generate insights for the business unit(s)’s leaders by pointing out inefficiencies and highlighting further efficiency opportunities.
Support delivering timely information and insights, forecasting.
Resolve complex problems.
Support delivery of monthly management reporting processes (various BPM reports, landing report, O&R, Extended WC and cash flow reporting and forecasting,) also prepare deck for the related review meetings
Prepare and submit Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan
Ensure the completeness of profit center/market figures and continuously monitor the respective P&L accounts for any inconsistencies
Create accurate forecasts based on identified trends in the actuals and information collected from the stakeholders
Support finance processes where business judgement is needed, provide accurate, thorough and timely analysis as needs are identified and requested
Degree educated in relevant finance / accounting/ business
Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling experience is strongly preferred
4-5 years experience in relevant area
Strong accounting experience
Good accounting knowledge
Experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
Experience in a Shared services environment is considered as an advantage
Ability to think broadly when a system related challenge occurs and extract data in a way that supports decision making
Fluent English knowledge
