About the Role

Job Description :

The Contract and Invoice Operations Team is the first point of contact for Commercial Sales and Field Sales teams and is responsible for Key Account/National Account level customer and Outlet level customer Agreement and Invoice management and document retention.

The Contract and Invoice Operations Analyst will act as the single point of contact for the Team Leader on Contract and Invoice Operations activities

The Contract and Invoice Operations analyst will have specific ongoing responsibility including but not limited to:

•  
  • Responsible for all Contract and Invoice Operations processes
  • Responsible for quality work for Contract & Invoice Operations activities
  • Liaise with the customer, sales, commercial finance or any one required, for customer claim related issues
  • Liaise & co-ordinate considerably with sales reps to understand context per contracts, activation status and appropriate evidence
  • Liaise with internal stake holders all requirements and release of payment to customer
  • Ensure a 100% Compliance to process and Audit requirements
  • Take ownership of the process and deliver the business requirement as per process
  • Work with reporting team to support dashboard on daily basis

Qualifications and Experience Required

•  
  • Excellent Business English (Communication & Written skills)
  • Prior experience in Contract and Invoice operations processes, would be advantageous
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Awareness of controls and risk management
  • Strong problem identifying and problem-solving skills.
  • Build and sustain excellent relationships with multiple stake holders
  • Strong SAP, Excel skills
