Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the operational shift team, following a continental shift pattern, including holiday cover

  • Complete analytical and microbiological sampling and checks in line with the Quality Sampling Plan across production lines and other designated locations

  • Analyse QA and production data and documentation to identify potential quality issues, follow up on deviations, and provide high-quality feedback to shift teams, management and improvement teams

  • Monitor, validate, set up and troubleshoot quality instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability

  • Act as the key point of contact for quality-related matters during shift operations

  • Ensure full compliance with safety, health, environmental, quality and housekeeping policies and procedures

About You

You are a proactive and detail-focused professional with a strong commitment to quality, food safety and compliance within a fast-paced manufacturing or packaging environment. You take pride in maintaining high standards and have the confidence to challenge, influence and support operational teams to ensure quality requirements are consistently met.

You are comfortable working as part of a shift-based operation and thrive in a hands-on, manufacturing-based role that requires strong organisation, attention to detail and effective communication. You are analytical in your approach, able to interpret data, identify trends and investigate issues, while providing clear, constructive feedback to both operational and management teams.
