Role Responsibilities:

 Experience / skills required:

  • To execute a range of order lifecycle tasks from order receipt, through order entry to delivery / returns / refusals management following global standards, processes and internal controls using the appropriate systems.

  • provide support for other cash cycle functions and processing activities (billing, clearing, customer spend processing)

  • Build strong relationship with customers, sales and logistics functions and demonstrate a customer/solution focus in order to understand requirements and ensure a  joined-up delivery of required service outcomes with the Market.

  • Ensure Timely handling of incoming and ensure that queries are resolved in line with the relevant Service Level Agreement.

  • Ensure service requests /issues not resolved are managed in accordance with the issue resolution policy. Escalate issues following standard process within agreed time-scales.

  • Assist with preparing daily, weekly, monthly KPI reports in order that process performance can be reported to the relevant stakeholders.  

  • Proactive support for controls and audit agenda.

  • Continuously improve service levels in cooperation with the internal teams and other parts of the business to strive for excellence in a highly competitive environment".

  • Keep Process Documentation actualized and accurate.
