Job Title

Manager, Data & Analytics - CARE

Qualifications and Experience:

·       Confirmed hands-on experience with Alteryx, Databricks, SQL/Python for data extraction, transformation, & workflow automation and creating interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI. (Certification will be added advantage)

·       A master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Information Systems, or Computer Science, or Accounting & Finance (will be added advantage)

·       Minimum of 6 - 10 years’ experience in data analytics with experience as an internal/ process/SOX auditor, or risk management consulting.

·       Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills to find out deeper insights.

·       Understanding of internal audit methodologies, risk assessment, and internal controls.

·       Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Architects, IT, and Business stakeholders

·       Familiarity with cloud data environments and governance frameworks

Areas of responsibility: Key accountabilities:

·       Design, develop, and execute deep dive data analytics routines and repeatable workflows using tools such as Alteryx, Databricks or Python to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various source systems, such as ERPs and other databases.

·       Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI to communicate audit findings, risks, and trends to audit teams and senior management.

·       Collaborate with internal audit teams, IT and business collaborators to understand audit objectives, IT systems, business processes and identify opportunities where data analytics can be applied to enhance audit effectiveness.

·       Identify control gaps, process inefficiencies, and potential fraud indicators through data analysis

·       Leverage AI tools and Microsoft Copilot to enhance audit procedures, automate repetitive tasks, and generate insights from unstructured data.

·       Contribute to a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and collaboration.

·       Support with relationship management for key elements of the business including CARE function. This includes engaging with stakeholders at all levels as a trusted business partner and supporting the embedding of governance, risk and compliance.
