DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Sales Coordinator in our Coppell, TX office! If you have administrative experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, please apply!
Position overview:
- Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures and Company software systems, utilizing such to generate departmental reports for managements review.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills with the ability to assess and problem-solve customer related issues.
- Advanced sales order processing to include entering lines for purchasing, change orders, pre-liens, cost estimates, and sales order billing.
- Communication with vendor, suppliers, and customers before, during, and after the sale.
- Basic contract processing.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 2 years of office experience preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience working with contracts
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient with computer
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

What you'll do
- The Sales Coordinator will generate departmental reports, process sales orders, and communicate with vendors, suppliers, and customers throughout the sales process. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
