DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Reporting Data Analyst located at our corporate headquarters in Olathe, Kansas who will Provide support to Business Intelligence Analysts (BIA’s) on projects to ensure successful completion. Ensure all assigned projects have proper requirements and data documentation to support development. Develop solutions meeting or exceeding project goals. Support may include, but is not limited to, documentation, training, and coordination.


 


Job Responsibilities:



  • Actively participate when assigned as a supporting resource on projects.

  • Document existing business data and determine how to meet reporting requirements by gathering information and analyzing the business needs of the project.

  • Design and build trending and forecasting reports using Excel or other technology. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

  • Collaborate with managers and decision makers to identify and solve a variety of problems and management objectives through intuitive business reporting solutions.

  • Ensure all changes to reporting, processes, and procedures are reflected, and appropriately documented in project management tracking software. Ensure correct first time and quality review processes are utilized and that changes are consistent with data integrity control processes.

  • Develop work plans to meet deadlines, accurately estimate completion dates, and communicate status.

  • Acquire and maintain a strong working knowledge of the major software platforms that are utilized by the company and possess a solid understanding of how the platforms integrate amongst one another.

  • Acquire and stay current with the company structure including reporting relationships, chain of command, and the products/services offered to effectively complete assigned projects.

  • Provide assistance to end users of DH Pace’s systems as requested by BIA’s and/or management.

  • Ability to work additional hours as required.

  • Other duties as assigned or requested.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Looking for someone with 1-2 years experience performing reporting functions.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite with an emphasis on MS Excel.

  • Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and project management skills.

  • Experience with modeling software is a plus.

  • Experience with Power BI is a plus.
