<p><b><span class="emphasis">Job Overview</span></b></p><p></p><p>As the Marketing Specialist, you will improve the DFW Airport Brand among customers and stakeholders and achieve the goals and key results, according to the strategic plan. Works collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities and challenges for promoting the DFW brand and improving its reputation among customers, stakeholders, and</p><p>employees. Under the general direction of the Senior Marketing Manager, assists in the development and execution of strategic marketing and advertising campaigns for the Airport’s earned, owned, and paid channels to expand.</p><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>What you will be doing:</b></span></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Assists in the development of marketing strategies that support the Airport’s revenue-generating products and services, including Parking, Concessions, and others.</p></li><li><p>Collaborates with Marketing and other department leaders to identify opportunities and challenges for specific DFW products and services. Writes strategy and creative briefs and project-manages creative development and production process of marketing materials.</p></li><li><p>Manages day-to-day relationships with external agencies and the internal creative team. Reviews content for all channels, ensuring that it adheres to specifications from the brief.</p></li><li><p>Provides direction and has dotted-line oversight of the daily duties of junior members of the Marketing team.</p></li><li><p>Track marketing budget for assigned projects, including digital and traditional media, creative development, and production</p></li><li><p>Measure, analyze results, and create reports to assess marketing performance and to refine tactics or strategies.</p></li><li><p>Develop marketing strategies to support large internal programs and initiatives</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>What you need: </b></span></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field.</p></li><li><p>Four (4) years of experience in marketing or brand management (agency or client-side).</p></li><li><p>Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for the above.</p></li><li><p>Possession of a valid Class C driver’s license.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><span class="emphasis"><b>What we desire:</b></span></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Knowledge of Spanish or other foreign language(s)</p></li><li><p>B2C and B2B marketing and advertising</p></li><li><p>CRM marketing experience</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p style="text-align:left"><span class="emphasis"><b><b><b>About Us</b></b></b></span></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><span><span>We are Dallas Fort Worth International (DFW) Airport-one of the most successful airports in the world by any definition.
