Assurance Team could be the ideal fit for you. Our team comprises adept Quality Assurance Analysts dedicated to offering unparalleled support and contributing value to Dexcom's objectives.
Where you come in:
• You will research, design, and develop algorithms and models for automatic speech recognition (ASR) systems.
• You are responsible for Optimizing ASR systems for accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
• You will conduct experiments, analyze data, and evaluate the performance of ASR systems.
• You will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to speech recognition, synthesis, and natural language understanding.
• You will collect, annotate, and analyze large volumes of linguistic data for research or product development purposes.
• You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including linguists, engineers, and data scientists.
• You will utilize computational tools and techniques to extract linguistic features and patterns from textual or speech data.
• You will execute audits ensuring quality and consistency across all Quality Assurance resources.
• You will generate reports, analyze trends and insights from QA data. Shares recommendations and process improvements that may improve overall customer experience and streamline the process.
• You will collaborate for process / workflow updates and improvements with the production and internal support groups.
What makes you successful:
•You have a deep understanding of successfully building and working with speech analytics tools, ensuring their effective implementation, optimization, and ongoing operational excellence.
• You are competent in statistical analysis methods and data visualization techniques to analyze large datasets of speech samples.
• You have hands-on experience with speech recognition systems and text-to-speech synthesis technologies, including knowledge of their algorithms and limitations.
• You can critically analyze speech data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions from the observations made.
• You are knowledgeable in root-cause analysis and quality tools.
• You have high ability to work with and resolve complex issues.
• You have strong time management skills and ability to prioritize work.
• You can work effectively under pressure.
