The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us. The role is based in Madrid (Full‑Time, Hybrid)- Workplace presence required Tuesday-Thursday each week. Meet the Team Are you a proactive, resourceful, and exceptionally organized individual fluent in both Spanish and English (with Italian a plus)? Do you thrive in fast‑paced, global environments where you can directly contribute to the success of senior leaders? Step into the dynamic world of Dexcom as an Executive Assistant in our Madrid office. In this pivotal role, you will provide high‑impact support to the Senior Director for Southern & Eastern Europe and the Country Director for Spain, while occasionally assisting other regional leaders. You will also take ownership of key operational and office‑based activities, such as welcoming visitors and ensuring meeting spaces are prepared to the highest standard. Success in this role requires excellent judgement, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for anticipating needs before they arise. Where You Come In You will: Manage complex executive calendars across time zones, proactively resolving conflicts and conducting regular calendar audits to optimize leadership time. Prepare high‑quality meeting materials, including agendas, background documents, polished PowerPoint presentations, and accurate meeting notes with clear action tracking. Coordinate internal meetings and team events, including booking venues, arranging travel, managing catering, and collating/preparing all supporting documentation. Plan and manage executive travel, creating detailed itineraries, tracking changes, and handling all related administrative documentation. Process expenses for supported leaders with accuracy and full adherence to Dexcom policies. Assist with country‑level internal communications, partnering with the internal communications team to support all‑employee meetings and messaging. Drive process improvements within administrative workflows, identifying inefficiencies and proposing solutions aligned with Dexcom's operational standards. Document and knowledge management — maintain shared drives, track deadlines, and organize leadership documentation for easy retrieval. Onboarding coordination for new regional hires, in collaboration with HR and IT. Support with light project management, such as drafting timelines, tracking deliverables, and following up with cross‑functional partners. Support Madrid office operations as needed (on‑site Tue-Thu). What Makes You Successful You bring: 3+ years' experience supporting senior leaders in a fast‑paced, multinational corporate environment. Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken & written); Italian is a plus. Exceptional organizational skills, with a strong eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proven expertise in scheduling, travel management, presentation creation, meeting coordination, and stakeholder support. Outstanding communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. A continuous‑improvement mindset, with strong problem‑solving abilities and comfort navigating ambiguity. High integrity and discretion, with a commitment to handling sensitive information responsibly. Ability to exercise independent judgement and take initiative in driving tasks forward. Flexibility, including occasional support outside standard working hours when business needs arise. Travel Required: 5-15% Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of related experience. Flex Workplace: Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
