As we continue to scale globally, we're excited to welcome new team members who share our curiosity and growth mindset, and are ready to make an impact!</span></p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li><p>You will be responsible for the further development and maintenance of our on-premise and cloud Kubernetes infrastructure</p></li><li><p>You live "Infrastructure as Code" and provision and configure components as well as Kubernetes deployments via Terraform, Ansible and Pulumi (Golang)</p></li><li><p>Together with your team, you will create company-wide standards and toolsets for all infrastructure, development and monitoring processes</p></li><li><p>In addition, you will take care of our observability stacks (Elastic, Grafana, Kafka, etc.)</p></li><li><p>In doing so, you will always work closely with the various operational and development departments and support them with the necessary infrastructure and your know-how (e.g. DevOps, Secret Management, etc.).</p></li><li><p>In the course of this, you will support software architects in the early phases of new projects with your expertise in CI/CD best practices in order to integrate them seamlessly into our infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Thinking outside the box: You are not above helping out in the network or development area and have a proactive attitude here</p></li></ul><p><strong>What you will need</strong></p><ul><li><p>Several years of experience as a DevOps Engineer</p></li><li><p>Excellent knowledge of Kubernetes, the scalable operation of SaaS platforms as well as at least one common CI/CD tool (Github, Azure DevOps or Gitlab)</p></li><li><p>Good knowledge of Linux server maintenance (eeDebian, Ubuntu, etc)</p></li><li><p>Experience with configuration management (preferably Ansible)</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in at least one common programming language (preferably Go or C#), as well as at least one of the major cloud platforms (preferably Azure)</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of the use of non-relational databases (MongoDB)</p></li></ul><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li><p>Development program (training &amp; conferences, internal knowledge sharing)</p></li><li><p>Outstanding referral bonuses</p></li><li><p>Private health insurance</p></li><li><p>7 days of sick leave at 100% pay</p></li><li><p>25 days of vacation</p></li><li><p>Paternity leave – 15 days for new dads</p></li><li><p>Reduced working hours for the first month after returning from maternity</p></li><li><p>Mental health program</p></li><li><p>English language courses</p></li><li><p>FitPass</p></li></ul>
