• Administer SQL Server databases on OLAP and OLTP platforms.
• Monitor and optimize database performance, including query tuning and indexing.
• Manage data replication, partitioning, and integration processes.
• Automate database tasks and workflows using PowerShell scripting.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data availability, security, and integrity.
• Support large-scale data handling (>1TB datasets) and complex data operations.
• Use monitoring tools such as HP OpenView and CA Harvest to track system performance.

• Proven experience (minimum 4 years) as a SQL Server DBA in high-complexity environments.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL, including Replication Services and Service Broker.
• Solid experience with Windows Server environments.
• Expertise in T-SQL for database development and optimization.
• Experience with OLAP/OLTP platforms and large-scale data management.
• Familiarity with data tools such as SSRS, SSAS, and SSIS.
• Strong scripting skills, especially with PowerShell, for automation.
• Optional but valued: knowledge of Python and Git for database and automation tasks.
• Ability to troubleshoot cluster environments and high-availability setups.
