Devoteam is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced ServiceNow solutions. The role focuses on delivering high-performing, scalable, and efficient applications, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, CSM, etc.), including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand needs, conduct workshops, and translate requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain system stability, security, and performance, including upgrades, patches, platform enhancements, and instance optimization.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems (LDAP, Active Directory, third-party tools) and leverage IntegrationHub and automation capabilities to streamline workflows.
• Mentor and support junior team members, conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and provide training on ServiceNow solutions.

• 4+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations, including senior-level responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development, customization, and integrations.
• Expert in JavaScript, Glide API, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Flow Designer, Workflows.
• Experience delivering multi-module ServiceNow projects and mentoring teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
• ITIL Foundation certification
• Agile/Scrum certification
