We invite an organized and proactive Delivery Manager with presales experience to join our team. You’ll be involved in high-level management of multiple accounts across diverse tech-driven domains and work closely with new clients. You'll be pitching insights into Dev.Pro's expertise, helping clients shape their vision and scope, and guiding them through the early stages of project planning and setup. You’ll also supervise other Project Managers and engage with internal and external teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.

✅ Is that you?

  • 7+ years of experience as a Project/Program/Delivery Manager
  • Hands-on experience in presales activities in IT
  • Strong budgeting skills
  • Proven track record of delivering projects throughout the entire SDLC, from start to finish
  • Experience working with teams of 30+ people
  • Excellent leadership and client negotiation abilities
  • Experience in delivery and/or client management within the Payments industry
  • Experience with multiple payment types and stakeholder groups across the payments ecosystem
  • Prioritization and time-management skills
  • Hands-on project management and delivery experience
  • Knowledge of SDLC and methodologies; technical background to drive substantive discussions
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Proven process and team performance improvement expertise
  • Proactivity, initiative, and strong people management skills

Desirable:

  • Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or PMP certification
  • Proposal development, initial discovery, and estimation skills
  • Domain expertise in Fintech (Asset Management), Retail, and AI-powered automation

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll use your experience and leadership skills to enhance our PM team’s expertise. You’ll collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, connect them with Dev.Pro’s capabilities, and build effective teams.

  • Manage client accounts, providing oversight and strategic direction
  • Engage in presales activities (discovery calls, proposal development, expertise presentation, etc.)
  • Prepare documentation for the presales process
  • Be accountable for project planning, timelines, budgets, stakeholder and people management
  • Build client-specific teams to meet project needs
  • Supervise Project Managers and collaborate with stakeholders to improve project outcomes
  • Communicate with clients effectively to set clear project expectations
  • Analyze project performance and implement process improvements
  • Contribute to our PMO, recommending improvements, sharing expertise, and driving positive change
